3. Eligibility and Registration

To use our Service, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. HOA directors and property managers may register their associations for our service. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate and complete.

4. Data Collection and Use

We collect and process the following types of information:

• HOA association information provided voluntarily by HOA directors or property management
• Contact information including email addresses and phone numbers of end-users (homeowners)
• Communications sent to and from our AI assistant services
• Usage data and analytics to improve our services

This information is used solely to provide our AI assistant services and to communicate with users about HOA-related matters. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.
