Our mobile communication service allows you to: Send text messages to our HOA AI Assistant phone number, Receive automated responses and information related to your HOA, Get notifications about HOA matters and updates, Access HOA governing document information via SMS.
By accepting these terms, you: Consent to your phone number being registered in our system, Agree to receive text messages from our AI assistant, Acknowledge that message and data rates may apply, Confirm you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided.
Message Frequency: You may receive up to 10 messages per month, depending on your usage and HOA activity. Frequency may vary based on your interactions with the AI assistant and HOA notifications. Charges: Message and data rates may apply. Realty AI does not charge for messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates will apply. Please check with your carrier for specific rates and terms.
Our service is supported by major U.S. mobile carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most regional carriers. Carrier support may vary, and some carriers may block or restrict certain messages.
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by: Texting "STOP" to our HOA AI Assistant number, Contacting us at (954) 228-3302, Emailing us through our website at www.realtyai.io. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent to your number unless you opt back in.
